Almond Muffins

This is an amazing healthy alternative to bread and gluten-full breakfast options.



  1. Start by soaking dates in boiling hot water to help them get soft.
  2. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  3. In a cupcake mold, add cupcake papers sprinkle some almond flakes and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool for another 15 minutes.
