Arrowroot and Capsicum

  • Serves: 2 People
  • Prep Time: 35 minutes



  1. In a large pan heat the coconut oil and butter, add your arrowroot and panfry for 10 minutes before adding your onions.
  2. Cook your onions until translucent, add your garlic and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Shortly after add your capsicum, milk and water then cook down until all the liquid has evaporated.
  4. Serve hot.
