- In a large pan heat the coconut oil and butter, add your arrowroot and panfry for 10 minutes before adding your onions.
- Cook your onions until translucent, add your garlic and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Shortly after add your capsicum, milk and water then cook down until all the liquid has evaporated.
- Serve hot.
