- Heat the 3 tablespoons of coconut oil and pan fry your onions until translucent, add your arrowroot and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of water and allow to evaporate, add coconut milk and another cup of water.
- Add your chicken thighs and allow to cook for 30minutes and turn after 15 minutes.
- Just before serving add french beans and allow to simmer on low for 5 minutes.
