- In a pan heat sesame oil and fry the onions until browning begins.
- Add the garlic and ginger and the cup of mushrooms and cook down until browned
- Add rice and toss evenly until rice is heated through
- Add the 2 eggs and the soy sauce and mix until rice is sticky
- Add chopped coriander and mix evenly
