Asian Sticky Rice

  • Serves: 2
  • Prep Time: 35 minutes



  1. In a pan heat sesame oil and fry the onions until browning begins.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger and the cup of mushrooms and cook down until browned
  3. Add rice and toss evenly until rice is heated through
  4. Add the 2 eggs and the soy sauce and mix until rice is sticky
  5. Add chopped coriander and mix evenly
