Baby Corn and Potato Curry

Directions

  1. In a large pan heat 6 tablespoons of oil and add your potato and onions and fry until slightly browned.
  2. Add your spices and allow them to toast lightly for 5 minute, add your tomato cubes and your cup of water and allow to cook down, until thickened.
  3. Add your second cup of water and your baby corns and allow them to cook.
  4. Serve hot.
