Bacon and Cheese pasta

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 35 minutes

The trick to making this meal even more delectable is to ensure that the pasta is just cooked (al- dente).



  1. Start by heating 2 tablespoon of oil and add the butter, start by frying the bacon and onions until browned and slightly crispy.
  2. Add the garlic puree and fry further for 7 minutes, add the cooking cream after.
  3. Add the cheese and cooked pasta and toss until cheese has melted.
  4. Serve immediately
