Baked Coconut Tilapia

  • Serves: 1 person
  • Prep Time: 20 minutes



  1. In a large bowl with the coconut milk, add all the ingredients except the tilapia and add 2 generous pinches of salt and mix.
  2. Place your tilapia fillets in a large piece of aluminium foil and pour over the marinade mix.
  3. Cover well on the sides ensuring it doesn't leak.
  4. Bake in an oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove and sprinkle over with some lemon juice and serve.
