- In a large bowl with the coconut milk, add all the ingredients except the tilapia and add 2 generous pinches of salt and mix.
- Place your tilapia fillets in a large piece of aluminium foil and pour over the marinade mix.
- Cover well on the sides ensuring it doesn't leak.
- Bake in an oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Remove and sprinkle over with some lemon juice and serve.
