Baked Irish potatoes

  1. Place potatoes on foil and season lightly with oil,wrap evenly and place in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 55 minutes.
  2. After baking remove from the oven carefully using a cloth hold the potatoes and cut an X halfway down the centre and push the 4 corners until potato squeezes out.
  3. Place one slice of cheese on each potato and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
