Baked Kienyeji Chicken

Directions

  1. Mix all spices and oil, including 2 generous pinches of salt in the lemon juice. Ensure well incorporated.
  2. Place your kienyeji chicken on a piece of aluminium foil and pour over spice marinade and wrap up well ensuring its fully covered.
  3. Place in an oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 40 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and serve hot.
