- Mix all spices and oil, including 2 generous pinches of salt in the lemon juice. Ensure well incorporated.
- Place your kienyeji chicken on a piece of aluminium foil and pour over spice marinade and wrap up well ensuring its fully covered.
- Place in an oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve hot.
