Balsamic Tossed Vegetables

  • Serves: 2 people
  • Prep Time: 35 minutes



  1. heat 3 tablspoons of oil in a wok and infuse the 1 garlic clove that is halved and the rosemary in the oil, take the out once browned.
  2. Add your onions and fry until translucent, add your chopped garlic and mix twice before adding the rest of the vegetables.
  3. Mix frequently until heated through, add balsamic vinegar after 10 minutes of tossing.
  4. Add the sugar and allow to reduce and become glazed. serve immediatley
