BBQ Sausages with Capsicum

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 30 minutes



  1. In one pan heat the butter with 2 tablespoons of oil and add your sausages on one side and the onions to the other side.
  2. Cook your onions until translucent before adding your capsicum and cooking further for 15 minutes ensuring your sausages do not burn, then turn them.
  3. After the capsicum wilts and softens, add garlic and ginger paste then fry until fully aromatic.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss the sausages in this mix.
  5. Remove and serve hot
