- In one pan heat the butter with 2 tablespoons of oil and add your sausages on one side and the onions to the other side.
- Cook your onions until translucent before adding your capsicum and cooking further for 15 minutes ensuring your sausages do not burn, then turn them.
- After the capsicum wilts and softens, add garlic and ginger paste then fry until fully aromatic.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and toss the sausages in this mix.
- Remove and serve hot
