Beef In Mushroom Sauce



    1. In a large sauce pan heat and melt the butter and add the onions and panfry until browned, add your garlic and cook until aromatic.
    2. Add your mushrooms and allow to shrink a little before adding your whole milk add your beef and allow to cook down.
    3. Add your cooking cream and mix well, bring to the boil. Serve hot with mash potatoes
