Beef Noodle Soup

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 30 minutes



  1. In a pot heat 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil and pan-fry your beef, until browned, add your garlic, ginger and chili. Cover with 3 cups of water.
  2. Allow to come to the boil and then reduce the heat to allow it to simmer for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Add your noodles and once cooked serve soup with diced tomatoes.
