- Prep Time: 30 minutes
- In a pot heat 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil and pan-fry your beef, until browned, add your garlic, ginger and chili. Cover with 3 cups of water.
- Allow to come to the boil and then reduce the heat to allow it to simmer for at least 20 minutes.
- Add your noodles and once cooked serve soup with diced tomatoes.
