Black Beans Stew

  • Serves: 3
  • Prep Time: 40 minutes



  1. Fry the red onion until browned, add the spices and toast for a minute or so.
  2. Add the tomatoes and the tomato paste allow to cook for 5 min until they for a thick sauce
  3. Add black beans and coat evenly.
  4. Add 1 ½ cups of water and add the rest of the vegetables in the water.
  5. Boil down until consistency is thickened, once ready turn off heat.
  6. Add coriander and serve hot.
