Blueberry and Almond Loaf

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 40 minutes



  1. Mix the cake mx, eggs, oil and water, in a loaf tin, place 2 tablespoons of blueberries at the base and pour the cake mix over.
  2. Once it reaches halfway, sprinkle half of the almond flakes over, then cover with the remaining cake mix.
  3. Sprinkle the remainder of the almonds over and bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. Once baked remove and allow to chill and serve after 20 minutes with yogurt.
