- Mix the cake mx, eggs, oil and water, in a loaf tin, place 2 tablespoons of blueberries at the base and pour the cake mix over.
- Once it reaches halfway, sprinkle half of the almond flakes over, then cover with the remaining cake mix.
- Sprinkle the remainder of the almonds over and bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Once baked remove and allow to chill and serve after 20 minutes with yogurt.
