- Mix the cake mix, eggs, oil and water and the oatmeal.
- Place muffin shells into a muffin moulds and pour 1 tablespoon of batter into each and sprinkle over with almond flakes.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes, remove and cool before serving.
