Braised Beef Fillet

  • Prep Time: 1 hour 15 minutes



  1. Mix all ingredients with a generous pinch of salt and black pepper into the coconut milk and ensure well incorporated.
  2. Place your beef fillet in a casserole dish.
  3. Pour coconut mixture over beef and cover the casserole dish with foil and bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
  4. Shortly after remove, slice and serve.
