- In a pan, heat the oil and add your onions, cook until translucent add your chopped garlic, ginger paste and your spices.
- Lower the heat and allow to become aromatic, add tomato paste and allow to cook lightly. Add the chicken and water.
- Cover and allow to cook for 1 1/2 hours and allow to braise until soft, correct seasoning and serve with rice.
