Bread and Butter Pudding

  1. Butter each slice of bread generously
  2. Slice them in half diagonally
  3. mix the sugar and cinnamon together
  4. whisk the eggs and milk together
  5. layer the buttered bread in a ceramic tin and pour sugar mixture over the bread and add the raisins.
  6. Pour egg milk mixture over and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes
  7. Remove after browned and cool for 15 minutes serve warm with vanilla ice cream or vanilla yogurt.
