Buttered Fish Fingers

  • Serves: 2 people
  • Prep Time: 35 minutes



  1. In a large bowl incorporate the spices, flour , salt, egg yolks, 1/4 cup of water and buttermilk and make a batter.
  2. Whisk the egg whites until fluffy and stiff.
  3. Fold int the batter into the egg whites until fully incorporated, add the fish fingers and ensure submerged.
  4. Heat 5 cups of oil and place each finger into the oil and fry until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot, with lemon wedge.
