- Whisk egg yolk and the eggs with the sugar until fluffy, add the butter and whisk further.
- Incorporate the buttermilk, vanilla, lemon juice and zest.
- In a large bowl sift your flour and baking soda,create a well in the center and add the whisked batter until fully incorporated and smooth.
- In a hot pan using the oil hack add some oil, add 1/2 ladle full of the pancake batter and allow bubbles to form before turning.
- Serve immediately.
