Buttery Traditional Greens

  • Serves: 4 people



  1. In a large pan heat 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of butter and cook your onions until majority has browned.
  2. Add your chicken cube and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add your terere and let them wilt before adding your sukuma wiki, add 1/4 cup of water and allow the steam to finish off the cooking.
  4. Serve Hot with Ugali.
