Cajun Chicken Drumsticks

  • Serves: 3 people



  1. In a large pan heat the oil and season it withsalt and pepper, add your drumsticks and panfry until browned on each side.
  2. Add your water and allow to evaporate, constantly turning, add your cajun spice and mix well, ensuring well coated.
  3. Allow to cook on low for another 10 minutes, add your spring onions and shotly after serve.
