Cajun Potato Wedges

  • Serves: 4 people
  • Prep Time: 35 minutes



  1. Blanch your potato wedges in the boiling water and set aside.
  2. Heat your 1.5 litre oil and deep fry the potatoes until slightly browned and crispy, set them aside.
  3. In a large pan melt your butter and add your red onions and cook down until slightly browned.
  4. Add your cajun spice and cook until aromatic.
  5. Add your potatoes and mix well, add your coriander and do the same.
  6. Serve hot.
