- In a large pot heat 4 tablespoons of coconut oil and cook your onions and red capsicum and cook until slightly browned.
- Add your garlic, ginger and spices and mix well, add your beef and cook until sealed, add your beef cube and mix.
- Add your water and coconut milk and allow to come to the boil, add rice and cook until liquid has evaporated.
- Cook until rice is cooked, and then serve.
