Capsicum Githeri

  • Prep Time: 35 minutes



  1. Heat 6 tablespoons of oil and pan fry the capsicum for about 15 minutes.
  2. Add the diced onions and pan fry until translucent.
  3. Add the curry powder,chicken cube, tomato paste and allow to toast for 10 minutes
  4. Add the githeri and a half cup of water and allow it to cook for another 20 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve immediately with plain yogurt or avocado.
