- Heat 6 tablespoons of oil and pan fry the capsicum for about 15 minutes.
- Add the diced onions and pan fry until translucent.
- Add the curry powder,chicken cube, tomato paste and allow to toast for 10 minutes
- Add the githeri and a half cup of water and allow it to cook for another 20 minutes before serving.
- Serve immediately with plain yogurt or avocado.
