Capsicum Spice Rice

Directions

  1. Start by pan frying the capsicum until browned slightly , add the red onions and pan fry until translucent.
  2. Add the spices and allow to toast slightly.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger and fry lightly.
  4. Add the rice and toss evenly .
  5. Serve Hot.
