Cardamon Vanilla Toast

  • Serves: 2 people
  • Prep Time: 35 Minutes



  1. Remove the cases of the cardamom and toast the black seeds on the inside.
  2. Pound the spices in a motor and pestle and set aside.
  3. Mix eggs and sugar and cardamom powder
  4. Take cardamom shells and boil together with milk.
  5. Pour hot milk into egg mixture and whisk well
  6. Dip slices of bread in egg mixture and panfry each side until golden brown and crusty
  7. Re-dip slices of bread and refry again until browned again
  8. Serve hot
