- Remove the cases of the cardamom and toast the black seeds on the inside.
- Pound the spices in a motor and pestle and set aside.
- Mix eggs and sugar and cardamom powder
- Take cardamom shells and boil together with milk.
- Pour hot milk into egg mixture and whisk well
- Dip slices of bread in egg mixture and panfry each side until golden brown and crusty
- Re-dip slices of bread and refry again until browned again
- Serve hot
