- In a large bowl, pour the instant chocolate cake mix and create a well at the centre, add the oil, water and eggs and mix evenly.
- Pour mix into a loaf tin and sprinkle over with cashew nuts.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade.
- Remove and allow to cool, serve with yogurt of your choice.
