Cashew Nuts Rice

Ensure you don't overcook the cashew nuts as they will get a bitter taste.



  1. Start by heating 2 tablespoons of oil add the sesame oil and fry the cashew nuts until browned
  2. Add the sultanas and peanuts and fry shortly, add the steamed rice and toss evenly.
  3. Serve hot.
