- In a medium pan melt the butter and add 1 tablespoon of regular oil, add your onions and potato and fry for 15 minutes.
- Add your cauliflower shortly after and fry for 10 minutes, add your vegetable stock and milk and allow to cook until soft.
- If you would like the soup to be a puree soup use a food processor if you'd like it to be a smooth cream soup use a blender.
- Place into a food processor and process, serve hot.
