Cauliflower And Potato Soup

  • Serves: 1 people
  • Prep Time: 35 minutes



  1. In a medium pan melt the butter and add 1 tablespoon of regular oil, add your onions and potato and fry for 15 minutes.
  2. Add your cauliflower shortly after and fry for 10 minutes, add your vegetable stock and milk and allow to cook until soft.
  3. If you would like the soup to be a puree soup use a food processor if you'd like it to be a smooth cream soup use a blender.
  4. Place into a food processor and process, serve hot.
