- Heat 3 tablespoons of oil and pan fry the onions, allow them to become translucent.
- Add the cauliflower, the capsicum and fry until slightly cooked.
- Add the other ingredients and cook down until thickened and evenly tossed.
- Serve hot, add coriander for kick in flavour.
