Cauliflower Stir-fry

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 35 minutes



  1. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil and pan fry the onions, allow them to become translucent.
  2. Add the cauliflower, the capsicum and fry until slightly cooked.
  3. Add the other ingredients and cook down until thickened and evenly tossed.
  4. Serve hot, add coriander for kick in flavour.
