Cheese and Spinach Scrambled Eggs

  • Serves: 1 person
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes



  1. In a small pot melt the butter and add onions and pan-fry until slightly translucent.
  2. In a large bowl whisk the cream, cheese and eggs in a large bowl and whisk until fluffy.
  3. Add into your hot pot and add the baby spinach and keep whisking until combined.
  4. Serve on-top of the toast.
