Cheesy Bacon wedges

  • Serves: 2 People
  • Prep Time: 30 minutes



  1. In a sauce pan , add 1 litre of boiling water and to that put 1 tablespoon of salt, place your potato wedges inside, and allow to blanch.
  2. Take them out and set aside, drain the water and add 2 tablespoons of oil to one tablespoon of butter, add your bacon rashers and pan fry until crunchy.
  3. Add your onions and continue to cook through till translucent, add your potatoes and garlic paste, toss evenly ensuring all potatoes get coated evenly.
  4. Place your cheese on top, and add your quarter cup of water and allow the steam to melt the cheese, serve once cheese has melted.
