Chicken and Cheese Pasta

  • Serves: 1 person
  • Prep Time: 25 minutes



  1. In a large pan heat 5 tablespoons of olive oil and add oregano and onions and pan fry until slightly browned.
  2. Add garlic and chicken, pan fry until cooked through, add milk and allow it to cook until fully evaporated and thickened.
  3. Add cooked pasta and mix evenly then add your cheese and mix until creamy consistency is achieved.
  4. Serve Hot.
