Chicken and Sausage Stew

  1. In a large pot heat 1/4 cup of oil and pan-fry the onions for 2 minutes, add the chicken sausages and fry for another 2 minutes.
  2. Add the dry herbs and cook for another 7 minutes before adding the paprika powder.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook for 10 minutes before adding garlic paste.
  4. Add the tomatoes and water, cover and cook for 25 minutes.
  5. Allow to cook through and serve hot.
