- In a large pan heat your oil and panfry your chicken breasts and bacon, take out after bacon is crispy.
- Add garlic paste and 1/2 cup water, cook down until thickened.
- Add the other 1/2 cup of water and allow to evaporate, remove your chicken and slice.
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients minus the croutons including the mayonnaise mix well.
- Add crutons on the salad and serve.
