Chicken Fricassee

  • Serves: 2 People
  • Prep Time: 35 minutes



  1. In a hot pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil and season the oil with black pepper and salt and pan fry the chicken thighs skin side down.
  2. After chicken has browned remove from the pan and panfry the onions until slightly browned, add the greenc chili, garlic paste and fry for 7 minutes.
  3. Return the chicken and panfry add the milk and allow to evaporate for another 7 minutes before sqyueezing the lemon and adding the cream.
  4. Mix all contents of the pan evenly ensuring the chicken is well coated, sprinkle the cheese over all the chicken pieces and cover to allow it to melt.
  5. Serve hot after ready.
