- In a hot pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil and season the oil with black pepper and salt and pan fry the chicken thighs skin side down.
- After chicken has browned remove from the pan and panfry the onions until slightly browned, add the greenc chili, garlic paste and fry for 7 minutes.
- Return the chicken and panfry add the milk and allow to evaporate for another 7 minutes before sqyueezing the lemon and adding the cream.
- Mix all contents of the pan evenly ensuring the chicken is well coated, sprinkle the cheese over all the chicken pieces and cover to allow it to melt.
- Serve hot after ready.
