Chicken Jeera

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 40 minutes



  1. In a large pan heat your oil and panfry your onions with 2 generous pinches salt.
  2. Cook until slightly browned and translucent, add your spring onions and sautee further for 5 ,minutes.
  3. Shortly after add, your chopped garlic and cumin seeds. Cook until aromatic.
  4. Add your drumsticks and 1 cup of water, bring to the boil and allow to cook through.
  5. Cook for 30 minutes, until all the water has evaporated. Serve hot.
