  1. Heat sesame oil, add the onions and allow to cook until translucent
  2. Add ginger paste, brown sugar and coriander, cook on low heat for 2 min.
  3. Add the chicken stock and bring to boil, add the egg and mix well.
  4. Add carrot ribbons at the end and serve hot.
