Chickpea and Sukuma wiki Curry

  • Prep Time: 30 minutes



  1. In a large pan heat 1/8 cup of oil and panfry your onions, until slightly browned.
  2. Add your spices and allow to toast on low heat for 7 minutes, add your chickpeas and mix well ensuring they're well coated.
  3. Add your tomatoes and water and allow the tomatoes to breakdown and become a sauce, place your sukuma wiki on top and allow to wilt.
  4. After wilting season well and serve immediatley.
