- Start by creaming the butter and sugar until a smooth consistency is attained.
- Mix in the egg until combined.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix well, a very light soft dough will form.
- Chill in your fridge for an hour before rolling out.
- Roll out into a cylinder shape, and cut into 3 cm thick slices.
- Place on a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.
- Allow to cool and serve.
