Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • Serves: 5
  • Prep Time: 35 minutes



  1. Start by creaming the butter and sugar until a smooth consistency is attained.
  2. Mix in the egg until combined.
  3. Add the dry ingredients and mix well, a very light soft dough will form.
  4. Chill in your fridge for an hour before rolling out.
  5. Roll out into a cylinder shape, and cut into 3 cm thick slices.
  6. Place on a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool and serve.
