Chocolate Cupcakes

  • Prep Time: 35 minutes



  1. Whip butter, oil and sugar together until creamed
  2. Add the buttermilk, vanilla and the eggs and whisk evenly.
  3. Incorporate all the dry goods and create a well and add the wet ingredients and combine untill fully mixed through.
  4. Place in a cupcake mold lined with cupcake paper and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove and allow to cool.
