- Start by whisking the oil, eggs, vanilla essence, buttermilk and set it aside.
- In a large bowl mix together the other dry ingredients and incorporate the wet mix evenly until smooth.
- Add the boiling water and mix until smooth, add the cooking chocolate and mix thouroughly.
- Pour into baking moulds and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Set aside and allow to cool.
- Once cooled pour over chocolate sauce .
