Cinnamon roll

  • Serves: 2 people
  • Prep Time: 35 minutes

  1. Roll out your puff pastry, slightly thin and about 5 cm wide.
  2. Mix the butter, vanilla, sugar and cinnamon spread it on the rolled out puff pastry, roll it length wise.
  3. Stretch it out and roll it into a spiral.
  4. Place it into a baking tray, egg wash it and bake it it in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove and allow to cool.
