  1. Obtain the rind of 1 lemon and set aside
  2. Roll the lemons out, so they are easier to squeeze.
  3. Squeeze the lemons using a fork and strain it straight into a strainer.
  4. Roll the oranges out, so they are easier to squeeze
  5. Squeeze the oranges using a fork and strain it straight into a strainer
  6. Put the 6 cups of water and pass through the strainer with the pulp
  7. Add the cup of caster sugar and rind of 1 lemon and mix.
  8. Take out 2 teaspoons to the lemon sugar and set aside.
  9. Add the juice mixture and mix evenly.
  10. Line the rim of the cups with the sugar and lemon.
  11. Chill and serve cold.
