Coconut Beef Curry

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 40 minutes



  1. In a large pot melt the ghee and add your whole cardamom, cumin seeds, sliced onion and fry gently until aromatic and slightly browned.
  2. Add the spices and lower the heat then allow them to toast for about 7 minutes, add your tomato paste and garlic paste and cook for another 7 minutes.
  3. Add your beef, ragu and water cover your pot and cook down until thickened, add your coconut milk and cooking cream, bring this to the boil and then serve.
