- In a large pot melt the ghee and add your whole cardamom, cumin seeds, sliced onion and fry gently until aromatic and slightly browned.
- Add the spices and lower the heat then allow them to toast for about 7 minutes, add your tomato paste and garlic paste and cook for another 7 minutes.
- Add your beef, ragu and water cover your pot and cook down until thickened, add your coconut milk and cooking cream, bring this to the boil and then serve.
