Coconut Beef Soup

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 40 minutes



  1. In a pot heat 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil and pan-fry your beef until browned, add your garlic and chili. Cover with 3 cups of water.
  2. Bring to the boil then reduce the heat to allow it to simmer for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Add your tomatoes and coconut milk and allow to heat through and serve hot.
