- In a pot heat 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil and pan-fry your beef until browned, add your garlic and chili. Cover with 3 cups of water.
- Bring to the boil then reduce the heat to allow it to simmer for at least 20 minutes.
- Add your tomatoes and coconut milk and allow to heat through and serve hot.
