Coconut Crusted Tilapia

  • Prep Time: 20 minutes



  1. Place your egg in one plate and season lightly and whisk until combined, combine your bread crumbs and coconut in another plate .
  2. Place your tilapia in the egg and then in the bread crumbs mix, ensure well coated.
  3. In a large pan, heat the oil and the butter and panfry your tilapia on low heat, until browned on each side.
  4. Ensure fully cooked before serving.
