- In a large pan heat 1/8 cup of oil and cook down your chopped onions until slightly browned.
- Add your spices and allow to toast for about 15 minutes.
- Add your garlic paste toast shortly and add your coriander stalks and coconut milk and water mix well, squeeze the lime and add your fish.
- Lower the heat and allow it to cook slowly for about 10 minutes before serving.
