Coconut Fish Curry

  • Serves: 2 people
  • Prep Time: 30 minutes



  1. In a large pan heat 1/8 cup of oil and cook down your chopped onions until slightly browned.
  2. Add your spices and allow to toast for about 15 minutes.
  3. Add your garlic paste toast shortly and add your coriander stalks and coconut milk and water mix well, squeeze the lime and add your fish.
  4. Lower the heat and allow it to cook slowly for about 10 minutes before serving.
